WELCOME TO MY WEB SITE.  The Real Estate Business is my third career.  It has been said, "if you enjoy your work it can be defined as a hobby".  I've been a full time Real Estate Consultant and licensed broker since 1993.  I have a strong background in customer service having worked as an accountant and small business owner.  My Goal is to provide my clients with the utmost in service: I work with clients exclusively, am available 24/7, and you'll never have to deal with an intermediary. 
  • I specialize in residential and multi-family properties.  I have listed and sold some foreclosure and commercial properties.  I service a 50 mile radius of Lewiston/Auburn. 
  • Since my prior work experience dealt with providing clients with business consulting services, it was a normal progression to apply the same criteria to my Real Estate Clients.  When I meet with clients, my first duty is to provide consulting advice.

What is a Buyer's Representative?

Defined most simply, a buyer's representative is an advocate for the buyer--not the seller--in a real estate transaction.  Buyer's representatives owe full fiduciary (legal) duties, including loyalty and confidentialty, to their buyer-clients and keep their best interests in mind through the entire transaction.
   I am an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR). The Accreditation is the benchmark of excellence in buyer representation.  This coveted designation is awarded to real estate practitioners by the Real Estate Buyer's Agent Council (REBAC) of the National Association of Realtors who meet the specified educational and practical experience criteria.
